Sarah and Ty are very personable, caring, supportive, and excellent at what they do! We appreciate the way they assess the problem and work to help resolve the pain or discomfort! They use a very hands-on approach that has worked well for us! We would highly recommend Medulla Physical Therapy!
Corey & Denise Linscombe
I always thought that physical therapy was for people recovering from surgery or injuries. Given that I have had shoulder and back pain, I went to Dr. Ty Means to see why I was having pain and ask for help. I learned so much about why I have pain in certain places and daily/weekly things I can do to prevent the pain. After 5 weeks, including dry needling, I walked in and said, “I am not hurting anywhere!” Now I go for maintenance to prevent pain from returning and go for flares ups. Dr. Means has provided at home exercises that are EASY, and suggested some body specific solutions as far as shoe modifications, etc. Dr. King is also fantastic and provides female specific PT, such as pelvic floor strengthening, for women. You can’t go wrong with Medella!!!
