FAQs

We've answered some of the most common questions about our services, how to get started, and what to expect. If you don't see your question here, we're happy to help.

How much does care cost if you're cash-based?

We're a cash-based clinic, which means we don't bill insurance directly. This allows us to spend more time with you and keep our focus on your goals. We accept payment in full or installments, and we also accept HSA, FSA, and CareCredit. We provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. If you'd like to discuss cost before booking, request a discovery call and we'll walk you through it.

What's the difference between a discovery call and booking an appointment?

A discovery call is a free phone consult where we learn about your situation, answer questions, and help you decide if we're the right fit. If you're ready to get started, you can skip the discovery call and book your first evaluation directly. Both options work—it just depends on how much you want to discuss before committing.

Do you offer telehealth or virtual visits?

Yes. We offer telehealth for certain wellness services, including sick visits and follow-up consults. Telehealth availability varies by service type, so reach out if you'd like to confirm whether your needs can be met virtually or if an in-person visit is recommended.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

We prioritize accessibility and aim to get you in quickly. Many patients are able to schedule within the same week. You can book online through our patient portal or call us directly at (817) 697-7982 to find the next available time that works for your schedule.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit includes a thorough assessment where we listen to your story, evaluate your movement or symptoms, and answer your questions. By the end of the session, you'll have a clear understanding of what's driving your concerns and a personalized plan moving forward. Most initial evaluations last about an hour.
