What Weatherford Patients Are Saying

Real results from people who wanted more than a generic plan.

Dr. King is extremely knowledgeable and approaches her patients with genuine care and understanding. She takes the time to truly listen to your concerns and areas of pain, then provides treatment that directly addresses the root issues. The body is complex, and what feels like the problem often isn’t the actual cause—but she has the expertise to recognize and treat that. Since seeing her, my overall health has improved tremendously.

Ty has been awesome to work with. We thought my daughter was experiencing a slipped disk in her neck (many other professionals suggested this) but he was able to get the root of the problem, and diagnose what was actually going on. He is thorough, friendly and professional.

I always thought that physical therapy was for people recovering from surgery or injuries. Given that I have had shoulder and back pain, I went to Dr. Ty Means to see why I was having pain and ask for help. I learned so much about why I have pain in certain places and daily/weekly things I can do to prevent the pain. After 5 weeks, including dry needling, I walked in and said, “I am not hurting anywhere!” Now I go for maintenance to prevent pain from returning and go for flares ups. Dr. Means has provided at home exercises that are EASY, and suggested some body specific solutions as far as shoe modifications, etc. Dr. King is also fantastic and provides female specific PT, such as pelvic floor strengthening, for women. You can’t go wrong with Medella!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first visit to Medella Collective.

Do I need a referral or insurance to get started?

No referral is needed. We are a cash-based clinic, which means you can reach out directly and get started without navigating insurance approvals or waiting for a physician order. We accept payment in full or installments, and we accept HSA and FSA funds as well. We also provide superbills if you want to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement on your own.

How is Medella Collective different from a typical physical therapy clinic?

Every session is one-on-one with your provider from start to finish. We do not split your time between a therapist and an aide, and we do not hand you a sheet of exercises and leave you to figure it out. You get a thorough evaluation, a clear explanation of what is contributing to your symptoms, and a personalized plan built around your goals and your schedule.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

We work hard to keep access fast. You can reach us by call or text and we respond quickly. If you are not sure whether we are the right fit, we offer a discovery call so you can ask questions before booking a full evaluation. Many patients are surprised by how soon they can get started compared to traditional clinic wait times.

What kinds of conditions do you treat?

We see active adults dealing with neck and back pain, shoulder and joint injuries, post-surgical rehab needs, and chronic pain. We also offer specialized pelvic health physical therapy for prenatal and postpartum care, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse support, and related concerns. Our nurse practitioner provides wellness consultations, hormone support guidance, and medical weight loss care as well.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Telehealth is available through our wellness care services, including sick visits. If you are not sure whether an in-person or virtual visit is the right next step, reach out and we will help you figure out the best option for your situation and goals.

Still have questions?

Reach out and we will be happy to help.
